Practical questions we expect.
A few clarifications we want to address up front so that discussions stay grounded and efficient.
Do you handle spot, one-off deals?
Our focus is on structured, relationship-based supply, even if it begins with trial shipments. We generally avoid speculative, one-off spot proposals that lack documentation or clear logistics.
What volumes are realistic?
This depends entirely on the supplier's position and project stage. We prefer to start with what is genuinely available and can be supported by data, rather than target an arbitrary “ideal” tonnage.
Can you guarantee a buyer?
No ethical intermediary can guarantee a buyer without seeing assays, specifications, and context. We focus on building a credible path, not making promises that ignore technical or commercial risk.
What if we are very early-stage?
If you are a very early-stage supplier, the best starting point is to clarify the technical data you do have, and we can advise whether export-focused discussions are premature or worth pursuing.
Do you only work with rare earths?
Rare earth-bearing feedstock is a core focus, but we are open to broader critical minerals where Canadian context and buyer interest align.
How do you charge for your work?
Commercial terms depend on the structure of each engagement and may involve success-based components, retainers, or structured fees. We discuss this transparently once there is a concrete opportunity.
